Workshops & tours

Learn it from the farmer.

Shuck oysters harvested in Plymouth with the person who grew them, or take the boat out to the farm and taste them straight from the water.

01 · Shucking workshop

A dozen oysters, a knife and a lesson.

Connor brings oysters fresh from the farm, an oyster knife and a glove for everyone, and walks you through it until you're opening them like you've done it for years. While you shuck, he'll tell you how the oysters on your plate were grown.

  • About 90 minutes
  • A dozen oysters per person
